Due to the continuous growth our client is looking for a Manufacturing Systems Administrator to join their team
Assisting in the implementation and installation of manufacturing systems, the successful Manufacturing Systems Administrator will have the opportunity to be part of exciting new model launches and engineering changes using your ability to manage manufacturing systems such as MES to assist in the execution of all manufacturing practices resulting in the optimisation of resources, increased uptime and reduction in costs.

Our client is looking to place a skilled Manufacturing Systems Administrator on permanent basis working a Day Shift Monday to Friday and benefitting from a salary in the region of £35,000 per annum.
We are very interested to speak to Systems Administrators with experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Systems Administrator:
System Administration: Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of manufacturing execution systems [MES], data sharing between enterprise resource planning [ERP] and other relevant applications.
User Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel and end-users, assisting with system-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving software or hardware conflicts
This may involve diagnosing issues, providing training, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing systems.
Data Management: Responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity within manufacturing systems
This includes data backups, data migration, data cleansing, and data security measures to protect sensitive manufacturing information.
System Integration: Ensure smooth integration with other systems such as inventory management, supply chain management, and quality control systems, coordinating with other teams or vendors to establish data flows and connectivity.
System Monitoring and Performance Optimisation: Monitor the performance of manufacturing systems, proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact production efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement within manufacturing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 7.30am –16.30pm
