✓Due to its continuing success, my client is expanding and is looking for a competent Office Administrator to join their team
✓We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to make a contribution in their proactive, exciting & fulfilling environment
✓Some demonstratable work experience would be an advantage
✓Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
✓*Managing all aspects of the sales order administration process from enquiry to invoice
✓*Excelling in customer service via telephone and email with client & supplier communications.
✓*Verifying data accuracy; correcting and reporting suspected non-conformities.
✓*Building relationships with clients & suppliers; collaborating to produce a successful outcome in each transaction.
✓*Following up quotations with customers and suppliers to determine the information necessary to close each potential order.
✓*Effectively resolving customer and supplier concerns.
✓*Expediting orders and freight enquiries; working with third party forwarders
✓*Managing, organising, and updating relevant data using the structured procedures and systems.
✓*Analysing and interpreting financial statistics and performance reports; to communicate these with the management team.
✓*Manipulating data across foreign currencies
✓*Participating in meetings, conferences/exhibitions, and team activities
✓*Adhering to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
✓Key Skills
✓Confident communication and interpersonal skills
✓Accountability
✓Proactive with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
✓Ability to analyse workload and issues arising; prioritising to deliver a productiveoutcome.
✓Ability to work under strict deadlines
✓Effective negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address concerns
✓Ability to work alone or as part of a team with a high level of dedication.
✓IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office [Access, Word, Excel and Outlook]
✓Numerically literate - comfortable manipulating data with ability to create financial andstatistical reports using spreadsheets
✓This role is Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm
✓This organisation is based in Horsham town centre and does not offer parking, therefore it would be ideal for someone within walking distance or is not coming in by car.
