✓Salary £27-29K Plus 23 days Hol and Pension.

✓Monday to Friday only 8am till 5pm.
✓We are retained by this independent Merchant who are seeking an Office Data Administrator for this friendly family run business
✓You need to have a very good knowledge and understanding of Excel.
✓They supply to both trade and public and have been around for several years where they have developed a strong name within the industry.
✓The Role:
✓Excel Administrator will be responsible for processing day to day administration with a strong focus on Excel.
✓Key Duties:
✓* Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets with product, rebate, customer data.
✓* Analysing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and support sales and marketing efforts.
✓* Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings.
✓* Implementing and maintaining data management process and systems
✓* Assisting with and ad hoc data related projects as required.
✓* Dealing with clients over the phone and general administration.
✓* Qualifications
✓* Advance Excel skills is absolutely essential for this role, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables and charts is essential.
✓* Experience with a data management and administration.
✓* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
✓* Able to work as part of a team or independently.
