✓is seeking a dedicated office junior/sales administrator to join a small, but friendly team located in South Woodham Ferrers.
✓As an office junior/sales administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless sales order processing and providing exceptional after-sales customer care
✓You will be at the forefront delivering the highest level of service to their valued customers.
✓Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
✓Salary: 23K
✓Type: Full/Part time permanent position.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
✓Provide outstanding customer care, and resolving any issues that may arise.
✓Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
✓Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
✓Assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
✓Requirements:
✓Excellent telephone etiquette, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under pressure.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [Word, Excel, and Outlook]
✓Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✓Previous experience in sales order processing or customer service is desirable but not essential.
