We are looking for a good all-rounder who is dynamic, articulate, and confident to step into this role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be a key member of the management team, co-ordinating between departments as well as managing the day to day duties of a small team.
Main Duties
Manage all aspects of administration within the office utilising the skills of the team, being hands on if needed
Providing reports to management on a monthly basis
Management of compliance including ISO 9001/14001
Assisting with internal/external audits
Health and Safety Management
Dealing with HR issues including recruitment
Skills and Attributes
Proven track record of delivering great customer service and administration skills.
Experienced in supervising staff
Good communication skills
You will have worked in a similar role ideally in manufacturing or construction
