✓We are looking for a good all-rounder who is dynamic, articulate, and confident to step into this role
✓Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be a key member of the management team, co-ordinating between departments as well as managing the day to day duties of a small team.
✓Main Duties
✓Manage all aspects of administration within the office utilising the skills of the team, being hands on if needed
✓Providing reports to management on a monthly basis
✓Management of compliance including ISO 9001/14001
✓Assisting with internal/external audits
✓Health and Safety Management
✓Dealing with HR issues including recruitment
✓Skills and Attributes
✓Proven track record of delivering great customer service and administration skills.
✓Experienced in supervising staff
✓Good communication skills
✓You will have worked in a similar role ideally in manufacturing or construction
