Office Manager

DescriptionAre you an organised and pro-active person, who has good communication skills and is experienced in using MS Office tools to complete general administration tasks? Then this position could be for you!
Working in a small team, you will be involved in different aspects of the business with a key focus on supporting the creative process within the offices.
Location: Pangbourne, office based
Basic salary: £30k - £38k [dependant on experience]
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

Facilities management
Executive support to the CEO
Running accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Processing dispatches & organising paperwork.
Keeping track of stock & updating Sage
Keeping the production schedule up to date
Preparing order paperwork
Organising and chasing purchase orders
Preparing monthly reports on ExcelThe successful Office Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
Must be pro-active and show ability to resolve issues and find solutions.
Methodical and organised person with a proven track record of successfully carrying out administration in a small business.
Previous experience in a busy Office Manager is required
MS Office skills are essential with advanced Excel.
Experience of using Sage is preferred.
Previous experience of using an ERP system is advantageous.
Effective communication both oral and written.
