Description✓One of our clients, a historic organisation, with offices based in South West London, are looking for an experienced Office manager to join their team
✓They are looking for a dynamic individual who can be a key presence throughout their office, to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations to maintain a professional and welcoming experience for all employees and visitors.
✓Some of the duties for this role include:
✓* Ensuring the smooth running of office environment
✓* Working in conjunction with various senior member of team, such as health and safety to ensure everything is compliant
✓* Management of all lettings of space in the building
✓* Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment
✓Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
✓* Provide excellent communication and customer service.
✓* Implement office policies and procedures.
✓* Streamline administrative processes.
✓* Foster a positive work environment.
✓* Identify process improvement opportunities.
✓The successful candidate will have:
✓* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
✓* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
✓* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
✓* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓* Proficiency in office software and applications [MS Office, Google Suite, etc.].
