Main Duties:
Oversee and look at ways to continuously improve office operations
Accounts admin, including invoicing and credit controls
Overseeing the HR processes and internal recruitment
Assisting with all marketing activities - including managing company social media
Business administration with all company suppliers
Person Specification:
Experienced in office administration, clerical activities
Background of working in either accounts, human resources or operations
Confident on social media
Proficient in MS office
A level / NVQ level 3 qualified
