Office Manager
Description✓We are very pleased to be recruiting an Office Manager for a well-established business in Tunbridge Wells
✓The role will be a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday.
✓This will be a busy and diverse role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside various departments which will include:
✓Office Maintenance / Management
✓* To ensure the smooth running of the main office and relationship with all departments
✓* Oversee supplier contracts [cleaning/maintenance/stationery/waste/stock management
✓* Using MS Office [Word / Excel / Outlook]
✓* Organising client lunches and refreshments as well as company events / client entertainment
✓Director Support
✓* To make travel arrangements and hotel bookings
✓* Booking meeting rooms
✓* Booking taxis
✓HR Support
✓* To support the HR Manager with HR Admin duties, liaise with employees over the phone and via email
✓* Update and manage employee records ensuring confidentiality
✓* Recruitment admin, arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms
✓Project Admin
✓* To provide admin support to the Project Management Team
✓* Updating files and contracts
✓Skills & Experience
✓* Interested candidates will have experience of working in a professional business environment
✓* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
✓* Confident communication skills both verbally and written
✓* Strong IT skills, able to use MS Office
