Office Manager

DescriptionWe are very pleased to be recruiting an Office Manager for a well-established business in Tunbridge Wells
The role will be a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday.
This will be a busy and diverse role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside various departments which will include:
Office Maintenance / Management
* To ensure the smooth running of the main office and relationship with all departments
* Oversee supplier contracts [cleaning/maintenance/stationery/waste/stock management
* Using MS Office [Word / Excel / Outlook]
* Organising client lunches and refreshments as well as company events / client entertainment
Director Support
* To make travel arrangements and hotel bookings
* Booking meeting rooms
* Booking taxis
HR Support
* To support the HR Manager with HR Admin duties, liaise with employees over the phone and via email
* Update and manage employee records ensuring confidentiality
* Recruitment admin, arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms
Project Admin
* To provide admin support to the Project Management Team
* Updating files and contracts
Skills & Experience
* Interested candidates will have experience of working in a professional business environment
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills both verbally and written
* Strong IT skills, able to use MS Office
