Operations Administrator

DescriptionI am currently recruiting for my clients in Norwich looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team.

Full Time
Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs a week
Daily Duties include:
Ordering of all signs
Working with site staff to confirm their requirements and liaising with sin makes regarding cost, proof and install.
Ensuring all sites have correct signs on site and BPA compliant.
Providing purchase orders once quotes and artwork have been received.
Updating signage photo record on servers
Responsible for ordering new machines, spare parts and tariff software.
Updating logs for what machine is where, in stock and which tariffs are installed.
Responsible for all machine keys, including sorting the return and issuing of keys.
Arranging site works and maintenance and arranging engineer call outs
Liaising with 3rd party contractors over commencement of works and completion of sub-contracting forms.
Raising quotations and estimates for suppliers.
Dealing with all aspects of the car parks including updating tariffs, car park checklists for opening and closing
Updating customers of updated changes 
Experience and skills required:
Experience of working in a very similar role would be desired
Good Microsoft skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft excel
Ability to work well within a team and on your own
