Operations Administrator
Description✓I am currently recruiting for my clients in Norwich looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team.

✓Full Time
✓Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs a week
✓Daily Duties include:
✓Ordering of all signs
✓Working with site staff to confirm their requirements and liaising with sin makes regarding cost, proof and install.
✓Ensuring all sites have correct signs on site and BPA compliant.
✓Providing purchase orders once quotes and artwork have been received.
✓Updating signage photo record on servers
✓Responsible for ordering new machines, spare parts and tariff software.
✓Updating logs for what machine is where, in stock and which tariffs are installed.
✓Responsible for all machine keys, including sorting the return and issuing of keys.
✓Arranging site works and maintenance and arranging engineer call outs
✓Liaising with 3rd party contractors over commencement of works and completion of sub-contracting forms.
✓Raising quotations and estimates for suppliers.
✓Dealing with all aspects of the car parks including updating tariffs, car park checklists for opening and closing
✓Updating customers of updated changes
✓Experience and skills required:
✓Experience of working in a very similar role would be desired
✓Good Microsoft skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft excel
✓Ability to work well within a team and on your own
