Responsibilities
* Providing clients with updates to progression of work, via email or telephone
* Ensure that rules and regulations are being followed
* Gain certification knowledge
* Learning our operational systems
* Processing purchase orders and acceptance of costs
* Producing quotations
* Tracking audits and liaising with clients to gather information where necessary
* Monitoring audit test schedules to ensure compliance.
* Issuing certificates and entering information onto the certificate database
* Invoicing jobs
* Ordering and processing labels for customers
* Managing assigned client contacts
Skills / Qualifications
* Experience within an administrative position
* Significant experience within customer service environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Knowledge of third-party fire certification is desirable however not essential
* Self-starter with good organisation skills
* Proactive, logical and methodical
* Confident, punctual and well organised
* Attention to detail is vital
* Ability to use a full suite of MS Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS and bespoke CRM systems
* GCSE English and Maths qualifications ideally between A to C
* Ability to get to our Birchwood site every day
