✓Responsibilities
✓* Providing clients with updates to progression of work, via email or telephone
✓* Ensure that rules and regulations are being followed
✓* Gain certification knowledge
✓* Learning our operational systems
✓* Processing purchase orders and acceptance of costs
✓* Producing quotations
✓* Tracking audits and liaising with clients to gather information where necessary
✓* Monitoring audit test schedules to ensure compliance.
✓* Issuing certificates and entering information onto the certificate database
✓* Invoicing jobs
✓* Ordering and processing labels for customers
✓* Managing assigned client contacts
✓Skills / Qualifications
✓* Experience within an administrative position
✓* Significant experience within customer service environment
✓* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
✓* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
✓* Knowledge of third-party fire certification is desirable however not essential
✓* Self-starter with good organisation skills
✓* Proactive, logical and methodical
✓* Confident, punctual and well organised
✓* Attention to detail is vital
✓* Ability to use a full suite of MS Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS and bespoke CRM systems
✓* GCSE English and Maths qualifications ideally between A to C
✓* Ability to get to our Birchwood site every day
