JOB TYPE: Temporary position
DAYS AND HOURS: 10am-2pm [Monday-Friday]
SALARY: £12.00ph
LOCATION: Bromley Common

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Managing the teams general inboxes and calendars, flagging up any relevant enquiries to the appropriate team member
Providing support to meetings including booking meeting rooms, sending around diary invites, greeting visitors
Entering HR data into premade excel spreadsheets
Ordering office supplies
Answering the phones as and when required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Strong communicator
Previous relevant work experience
GCSE grades A-C
