✓Managing the teams general inboxes and calendars, flagging up any relevant enquiries to the appropriate team member
✓Providing support to meetings including booking meeting rooms, sending around diary invites, greeting visitors
✓Entering HR data into premade excel spreadsheets
✓Ordering office supplies
✓Answering the phones as and when required
✓SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
✓Strong communicator
✓Previous relevant work experience
✓GCSE grades A-C
