✓Outline of role
✓To process payment runs and act as the key point of contact on any payment related queries; and provide part-time support to the Renewables Portfolio Team.
✓Key responsibilities
✓* Receive and upload receipt of invoices from asset managers and ad-hoc payments
✓* Review invoices for appropriate documentation
✓* Reconcile out of budget payments with technical team to ensure services have been performed
✓* Verify payments and index increases with calculation spreadsheets provided by asset managers
✓* Communicate with asset managers about entry and invoice discrepancies, and requesting reports and statements when not provided
✓* Process payment runs
✓* Data inputting via our CRM system
✓Required skills / Experience
✓* Accounts payable experience
✓* Attention to detail
✓* Data entry skills
✓* Good verbal and written communication skills
✓* Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently
✓* Strong organisational and administration skills
✓* Good interpersonal skills
✓* A team player
✓* Understands the importance of confidentiality/discretion
✓* Experience gained from working within Investment Management or Financial Services would be beneficial
✓* Experience of using a CRM system would be beneficial
✓* Good Microsoft Office skills [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook]
