Outline of role
To process payment runs and act as the key point of contact on any payment related queries; and provide part-time support to the Renewables Portfolio Team.
Key responsibilities
* Receive and upload receipt of invoices from asset managers and ad-hoc payments
* Review invoices for appropriate documentation
* Reconcile out of budget payments with technical team to ensure services have been performed
* Verify payments and index increases with calculation spreadsheets provided by asset managers
* Communicate with asset managers about entry and invoice discrepancies, and requesting reports and statements when not provided
* Process payment runs
* Data inputting via our CRM system
Required skills / Experience
* Accounts payable experience
* Attention to detail
* Data entry skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* A team player
* Understands the importance of confidentiality/discretion
* Experience gained from working within Investment Management or Financial Services would be beneficial
* Experience of using a CRM system would be beneficial
* Good Microsoft Office skills [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook]
* This role will suit someone who is proactive, self-motivated and enjoys a high element of multi-tasking
