Payroll Administrator
Description✓Search are currently recruiting for a payroll administrator for an industry leading client in Stirling
✓Payroll Administrator
✓Permanent
✓Full time
✓8.45am - 5pm
✓Office based
✓£25,000 per year plus bonus scheme [Average of £2,500] and yearly salary increase
✓Main duties will include:
✓* Assist with the preparation of weekly and weekly payroll
✓* 800 employees including all PAYE issues, Auto Enrolment and pension payments, SSP, calculate Holiday Pay etc
✓* Processing information for external third parties
✓* Producing and analysing reports
✓* Prepare all necessary payroll data to issue to department managers
✓* Liaise with colleagues both via telephone and email
✓* Collate additional information when requested
✓* Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and all submissions are complete
✓* Supporting several projects including holiday pay
✓* Support the payroll supervisor in ad-hoc tasks and projects
✓Skills and experience the candidate must have
✓* Experience using a payroll system
✓* 1 year minimum payroll processing experience
✓* Excellent IT skills
✓* Strong numeracy skills
✓* High attention to detail
✓* Fantastic communication skills
✓* Ability to prioritise workloads and work towards deadlines
✓* Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
