✓£100 - £130 per day
✓Office based or Hybrid

✓Location - Leeds
✓Responsibilities
✓· Checking and transferring data to third party payroll providers
✓· Processing all payroll related variations such as sickness, maternity, commission, bonus, merit reviews, etc in accordance with statutory rules
✓· Running and extracting reports to assist with payroll checking
✓· Processing tax documentation such as starter or leaver forms and declarations
✓· Learning and applying country-specific rules on payments to employees
✓· Processing garnishments including associated correspondence
✓· Ensure that payroll checking is performed in accordance with documented requirements and that specified controls are completed and signed off within agreed timelines
✓· Assisting with the funding and payment processes
✓· Respond to colleague queries and correspondence professionally, accurately, and within agreed SLAs
✓· Communicating with payroll provider re ad-hoc payroll issues
✓· Act with awareness of pertinent policies and procedures
✓· Ensure that mandatory documentation is completed in accordance with requirements
✓· Escalate known or anticipated issues to the Team Leader and work in partnership to mitigate their impact
✓· Compilation of payroll Key Performance Indicators
✓· Act with a customer-focused approach and consideration and always consider colleague experience
✓· Act with knowledge and awareness of data protection and data security at all times
✓Personal Profile
✓· 3+ years Payroll experience, preferably
✓· Depth of experience in working with Third party vendors and various payroll systems
✓· Ability to work to deadlines
✓· Competent MS Office user
