This 4 day a week role can be office based in Barnstaple or Remote.
Proposed hours 830am - 5pm [Monday to Thursday]

Duties and responsibilities will include:
To act as support for stakeholders including scheduling the diary, dealing with all correspondence, meeting arrangements, typing of and distribution of both agendas and minutes of meetings
To provide administrative support to the Operations Team including dealing with correspondence and messages, collating and distributing weekly movements chart and monthly annual leave chart
Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
Preparing any reports for management which may be needed
Adheres to all company rules, regulations, policies, procedures
As and when required, carry out reasonable additional tasks requested by the company
