✓Proposed hours 830am - 5pm [Monday to Thursday]

✓Duties and responsibilities will include:
✓To act as support for stakeholders including scheduling the diary, dealing with all correspondence, meeting arrangements, typing of and distribution of both agendas and minutes of meetings
✓To provide administrative support to the Operations Team including dealing with correspondence and messages, collating and distributing weekly movements chart and monthly annual leave chart
✓Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
✓Preparing any reports for management which may be needed
✓Adheres to all company rules, regulations, policies, procedures
✓As and when required, carry out reasonable additional tasks requested by the company
