Personal Assistant
Description✓Simple Recruitment are looking for a Personal Assistant for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Shepton Mallet area.
✓The Job:
✓The Personal Assistant will act as the first point of contact, handling all communications via phone and email
✓Further duties will include:
✓* Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
✓* Making travel and accommodation arrangements
✓* Liaising with other members of staff and stakeholders
✓* Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
✓* Assisting with special projects as needed, including event planning and coordination
✓The Salary:
✓Dependant on Experience
✓The Hours:
✓Part-time hours of 20 to 25 hours per work, worked across 4 or 5 days
✓About You:
✓You will have excellent administration skills, along with previous experience working as a Personal Assistant
✓You will have an organised approach, with great attention to detail able a high degree of accuracy
✓Further to this, you will have strong Microsoft Office knowledge
✓Previous accounts and property experience would be highly advantageous.
