Receptionist/ FOH
Description✓Reception/Conference Services Receptionist
✓Location: Northwood, HA6
✓Duration: July 2023 - October 2023
✓Must have security clearance already
✓Rate:
✓Working for a tier 1 construction contractor as a receptionist/ front of house
✓The Conference Services Receptionist would report to and work as directed by the Admin Services Manager
✓Key duties:
✓• Meet and greet high volume of visitors to the Joint Headquarters
✓• Identify where they are going/who they are visiting and direct them as necessary
✓• Call the host to come and escort the visitor if required
✓• Manage the conference room booking system [Condeco]
✓• Set up meeting rooms to meet the customer’s requirement
✓• Advise on the use of AVTE in the meeting rooms [training will be given]
✓• Prepare refreshments for the customer in the meeting room if requested
✓• Clear away and tidy up each meeting room as required and prepare for next meeting
✓• Work as part of a 3 persons team working a shift pattern to cover early start and early finish
✓[Week 1 – 7am to 3.30pm & Week 2 – 9am to 5.30pm]
✓Essential experience:
✓Essential
✓•PC Literate
✓•Good customer liaison background
✓•Have work pride, ethos, positive attitude and the ability to preserve confidentiality
✓Must be able to obtain SC level Security Clearance
✓Desirable experience:
✓•Experience of working on MODNet
✓•Office Administration background
✓•Experience of working with Military personnel and military protocol Show more →
