Recruitment Admin Assistant Apprenticeship
Description✓Jobseekers Recruitment is a family ran independent recruitment business, and has recently celebrated 50 years in business, specialising in office recruitment from entry level to senior positions
✓We are looking for an apprentice to join our team from September 2023 to support the team of consultants in day to day recruitment activities
✓Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm [37.5 per week], this includes one study day with the training provider Bridgwater and Taunton College
✓What will the apprentice be doing?
✓Supporting the team of consultants in general admin tasks such as answering the phone, monitoring emails and responding where possible
✓Communicating with clients and candidates in a professional and confidential manner
✓Keeping records up to date using our database and other packages such as excel
✓Meeting and greeting visitors, taking ID and keeping application forms printed
✓Scanning and photocopying duties
✓Sending out the post where necessary
✓Taking up references and following up on candidate paperwork, keeping records up to date
✓Organising temporary staff timesheets ready for payroll to process
✓Keeping stationary etc up to date and placing orders
✓Social media including Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook, use of Canva and Mailchimp, supporting the creation of the newsletterWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
✓Level Three Business Administration
✓What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
✓This could lead to roles within the recruitment industry including recruitment consultant, although further training and qualifications would be required
✓Requirements
✓Desired skills and personal qualities:
✓Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Logical, Patience, Flexible working attitude, be confident
