Refurbishment Project Manager
Description✓A leading global company are currently looking for a Refurbishment Project Manager to join their team near Uxbridge on a full time, 12 to 18 month FTC.
✓As you will be working between different locations, you will need to hold a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
✓Using your prior Office Refurbishment project management experience, you will be overseeing all aspects of the refurbishment process, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates throughout the project.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓Managing office refurbishment projects for several sites
✓Coordinating supplier selection, budget and design process
✓Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
✓Conducting regular site visits and prepare reports for project status
✓Requirements
✓Strong office refurbishment project management experience
✓Good IT skills particularly of Microsoft Project
✓Detail oriented individual with great time management skills
✓Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to different sites within the area
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
