SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Description✓Sales Administrator, Sandtoft, Lincolnshire
✓Well established manufacturing business, based in Sandtoft, are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work within an existing team, to process sales orders, deal with customer enquiries, liaise with project managers, support the team, and answer all incoming calls

✓Duties for the Sales Administrator include:
✓Logging orders and enquiries
✓General reception duties
✓Management of visitors
✓Organising couriers
✓Administration support for Finance & HR, including cover when required
✓Assisting the Buyer with supplier approval records
✓Maintaining the filing system and archiving records
✓Ordering and controlling office consumables
✓General admin assistance for the Finance Director, Managing Director, and Factory Manager when required
✓Skills required for the Sales Administrator include:
✓Excellent organisational skills
✓Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
✓Flexible and confident in covering a variety of office tasks
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
✓Resourceful, willing, and able to use own initiative to support management where required
✓Experienced in Microsoft Office and IT systems
✓Experience working with accounts packages preferred but not essential
✓The Sales Administrator offers:
