Sales Administrator
Description✓Pure are working exclusivity for a global client who are looking for a experienced Sales Administrator on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover basis.
✓Main Duties:
✓To process all Sales Orders and resolve customer queries
✓Managing and updating company systems
✓Processing cancellation of equipment and invoicing where appropriate
✓Allocate relevant stock and enter details onto system
✓To liaise via verbal and email communication with both UK and overseas customers.
✓To monitor the progress of all orders and alert manager of any problem areas
✓Ensure the required levels of service are achieved for spares orders.
✓To produce required reports as and when requested.
✓Coordination, preparation and outstanding of delivery delays on a weekly basis relating to export orders.
✓In liaison with the relevant Manager communicate any re-scheduling back to the customerKey requirements:
✓2 years Sales Administration experience
✓Invoicing and order processing experience
✓Experience of SAP and CRM systems
✓Experience of input of data within multi systems
✓Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✓The ability to work under pressure to time scales, targets, and deadlines
✓Experience of Materials Replenishment Planning [MRP] desirable
