Sales Administrator

✓As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the Sales Manager with daily sales administration activities/analysis
✓Responsibilities:
✓-Check prices, promotions [including creating nomination forms], invoices and payments are up to date
✓---Report regular sales results to the Sales Manager.
✓-Analyse and Report – sales, promotions and forecasts - from retailers through detailed reports.
✓-Support new account setup – complete product newline forms.
✓-Support the Sales Manager with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
✓-Take phone calls from customers
✓-Communicate internally important feedback from customers.
✓-Deal with and responding to high volumes of emails.
✓-Follow up sales orders
✓-Support retailer supply chain- communicating shortages and stock availability

✓-Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
✓-The ability to prioritise own workload.
✓-Strong numerical skills.
