Our client is seeking a strong and well organised Administrator who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise their workload
You will provide admin support to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, manage subcontractors contracts and orders, create files for products ordered from the sales department and forward to the Contracts Director, place orders on the company system and manager the company insurance policies and renewals
You will responsible for completing and maintaining Health & Safety questionnaires, managing Health & Safety Accreditations online, answering sales calls and then routing them or taking messages
You will also be responsible for postal duties and any other ad hoc requirements.
Good Word & Excel skills required.
This is an OFFICE BASED ROLE and the hours will be 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
