Sales Support Advisor [Part Time]

DescriptionOur client is an established production company based in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex
They are currently looking for a Sales Support Advisor to assist their busy Sales team on a Part Time basis in St Leonards on Sea.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a telesales environment, have strong administration and superb customer service skills, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and an excellent command of grammar and spelling
As a Sales Support Advisor you will make outgoing sales-based calls, process quotes and opportunities within required time frame, update AX/CRM with necessary details and liaise with other departments to ensure company data systems are kept up to date, including GDPR compliance
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
Demonstrable experience in a telesales environment

Possess strong administration skills

Superb customer service skills

Be computer literate

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and an excellent command of grammar and spelling

Ability to work to deadlines

Be an organised individual, who can work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload
Your duties as a Sales Support Advisor will include:
Making outgoing sales-based phone calls to meet targets set by the Sale Co-ordinator

Processing quotes and opportunities within required time frame and follow up where applicable

Working towards increasing business and building good working relationships with internal and external customers

Following up sales opportunities and new accounts

Understanding the product ranges and being able to discuss these with external customers within company standards

Updating AX/CRM with necessary details and liaise with other departments to ensure company data systems are kept up to date, including GDPR compliance

Assisting in compiling direct and indirect marketing lists, then making follow up calls from those marketing campaigns

Providing relevant sales analysis for Account Managers prior to visits and when requested

Providing literature and other supporting materials where requested to external customers and Account Managers

Providing administrative support to Account Managers when required

Compiling department and targeted reports for internal customers when required

Assisting other departments when needed

Carrying out any other duties as and when required to facilitate the effective operation of the company as directed by the Sales Co-ordinator, Senior Managers or Directors
Salary:
£15,068.49 - £16,438.35 per annum depending on experience
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 2.30pm
