Scheduling Coordinator

DescriptionTemporary-to-Permanent Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator for our esteemed client in Silchester
Commence work immediately with an attractive hourly rate of £18.20 and receive weekly compensation
It's important to note that due to location, the successful candidate will be a car owner.
As the Scheduling Coordinator you will enjoy the following:
• Hourly rate of £18.20 [equates to 35k pa]
• Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity
• 37 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays [1 hour lunch]
• On-site parking
• Weekly pay [whilst temping]

As the Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for:
• Receiving and handling all queries and requests relating to maintenance work
• Scheduling and organising maintenance contract work - co-ordinating and maintaining the maintenance diary and maintenance job book
• Providing monthly summary of maintenance loss/gain to Service Manager/Service Director, eventually progressing to invoicing maintenance work
• Communicating maintenance job information/details to engineers and resolving any problems directly with engineers and/or client
• Receiving and carrying out initial quality control checks on engineer paperwork, preparing for Service Managers further review and follow up; ensuring records are archived appropriately within SharePoint
• Liaising with maintenance customers regarding their contract, agreeing changes as necessary and building relationships
• Preparing and issuing renewal maintenance quotations
• Assisting the Service Manager in the preparation of maintenance contract quotations as required
• Supporting pre-preparation of maintenance work engineer templates
• Requesting client feedback on service received
• Maintaining F-Gas records for all contract maintenance work
• Supporting the Service Manager with any reasonable additional tasks to assist the day to day running of service
I.e
assisting in the administering of call-outs
• Arranging servicing of engineer van fleet with local garage as required
Organising repairs, MOTs also as required
To succeed as the Scheduling Coordinator you will have:
• Previous experience in a scheduling role, ideally scheduling engineers
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Great priority setting skills
