Senior Administrator

DescriptionThis full-time senior administration and facilities co-ordinator role requires a person who can support the operations administration team to deliver efficient service to Directors and their departments within our Houghton Place office.
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Management of the admin team including delegation & overall responsibility of team workload
* To assist the Operations Manager in identifying team training and development needs
* Co-ordination of facilities management including liaising with contractors and the Group internal premises department
* Act as a ‘first point of contact’ in responding to enquiries from Connells Group staff
* Ensure professional customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
* Liaising with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked
* Producing league tables, KPIs and other reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
* Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your targets
* Ensure department objectives are met / exceeded
* Ensure all enquiries are responded to within the company service level agreements
* Understand and comply with all company and department policies
* Undertake other duties as required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* You will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience within a senior administration role
* Be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure
* Understand the important service level agreements
* Excellent communication skills [both written and verbal]
* You will need to be IT literate with good knowledge of, and the ability to effectively and efficiently use computerised systems such as Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
* Adopt a flexible working approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* To be able to confidently manage and assist team members when necessary
