Service Administrator
Description✓An Austrian-based manufacturer of refrigerated cabinets and plant for the retail sector is looking for a Service Administrator to join the team at the brand new, modern UK head office in Coventry
✓Along with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including 25 days holiday [plus Bank Holidays], a pension scheme, free onsite parking, and access to an onsite canteen and vending facilities.
✓Their project department installs equipment upon completion before handing over to the service department to maintain on a reactive and pro-active basis
✓These tasks are undertaken by their Service Partners [SP] across the UK and Ireland and are managed and supported by a small admin and technical team in the UK.
✓As Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
✓Accurately checking incoming Service Partner [SP] paperwork etc.
✓Checking work content is correct and categorising into type [Chargeable, Contract or Warranty].
✓Capturing Spare Parts used and charging appropriately.
✓Identify and applying Error Codes.
✓Liaising/Advising/Supporting the call centre in Prague/Austria.
✓Creating tickets and supporting the call centre if required.
✓Communicating with customer, clients & service partners as required on updates/status of ongoing work and SP orders and delivery to site
✓You will also support another small team by:
✓Providing support to Fabric and PPM Coordinator
✓Assisting with twice yearly PPM [pre-planned maintenances].
✓Assisting management with day-to-day problems.
✓Updating and tracking using excel spreadsheets for KPI or Customers reports.
✓Raising purchase orders, raise-check, or chase ups.
✓We are looking for a Service Administrator who has the following skills and experience:
✓Confidence with all Microsoft Packages.
✓Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
✓Ability to self-motivate and work well within a small team, team player.
✓Accuracy, Cost Conscience, Problem Solving or Look for support from team/others.
✓Inquisitive and willing to learn
✓As this is an Austrian company, you will need the ability to use translation tools at times.
✓Your working hours will be Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30.
