Team Administrator / Coordinator
Description✓We are currently looking for an Administrator - Pharmaceutical to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based near the Hertfordshire area
✓As the Team Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support for senior management as well as driving standards to support corporate events.
✓KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓Your duties as the Administrator - Pharmaceutical will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

✓The Administrator - Pharmaceutical will manage diaries of senior stakeholders and office management of key site supplies and cleanliness.
2
✓The Administrator - Pharmaceutical will manage and book internal dinners, events, meetings, off-site accommodation and travel for senior stakeholders.
3
✓The Administrator - Pharmaceutical will manage suppliers, purchase orders, invoices and ensure all relevant authorisations are met.
4
✓The Administrator - Pharmaceutical will manage and book external visitors accommodation, travel and agendas for their stay, ensuring the utmost support to guests and stakeholders.
✓ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

✓Proven office management of large sites.

✓Proven industry experience in team and stakeholder coordination and management.
