Temporary Corporate Receptionist
Description✓A highly prestigious client of ours are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis
✓JOB ROLE: Corporate Receptionist - long term temp role
✓COMPANY: Oil and Gas Brokerage
✓HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
✓SALARY: £14 to £16 per hour, based on experience
✓LOCATION: Covent Garden area, London
✓CULTURE: Luxury / Corporate offices, working within a friendly busy environment

✓DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
✓Meeting and greeting visitors to the office in a professional manner
✓Translation of documents from Mandarin to English
✓Greeting VIP guests whose native language is Mandarin
✓Answering switchboard system and transferring calls in a confident manner
✓Managing the reception email inbox
✓Booking lunches
✓Arranging travel- including booking flights, hotels and taxis
✓Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
✓Liaising with staff in various departments - assisting with the Office Manager
✓Taking receipt of deliveries and arranging couriers
✓Liaising with service providers SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
✓Degree educated would be advantageous
✓Fluent in Mandarin
✓Highly organised and methodical nature
✓A team player
✓Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
✓Experience of working in a client/customer facing role previously is desired
✓IT skills- efficient in Microsoft Office
