Temporary Data Management Graduate
Description✓Temporary 18 Month Contract
✓My client is a global corporate manufacturing organisation based in the Dundee area
✓They have an immediate requirement for a Data Management Graduate to support them with a specific project, estimated to last 18 months possibly longer!
✓Responsibilities include!
✓Support an extensive data cleansing exercise in anticipation of a significant systems upgrade
✓Input technical and financial data and documentation into the database
✓Support data quality checks at various points of the database to ensure accuracy
✓Engage with various internal teams to collect required data
✓Update key internal stakeholders on data management project including meeting set milestones and deadlines
✓Support with developing better processes and procedures to improve internal data management processes
✓Experience required!
✓Degree qualified in a related subject such as Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics etc
✓Interested in gaining more experience of data management and document control within a prestigious global manufacturing organisation
✓High attention to detail when dealing with large quantities of data
✓Ability to research, analyse and deliver information confidently
✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including virtually
✓Confident IT skills including MS Office specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
