* Typing from digital dictation [via BigHand], handwritten drafts or typed documents.
* Draft standard documents
* Prepare Land Registration forms
* Prepare LBTT Returns
* Order First Scottish Reports/Searches
* Prepare fee notes
* Prepare cash statements
* General administrative duties such as: photocopying/scanning and taking messages.
