Tender Co-ordinator
Description✓Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working on a retained basis for a long established lift manufacturer called Lift & Engineering Services LTD.
✓Job Title: Tender Co-ordinator
✓Pay Rate: Depends upon experience
✓Location: Cradley Heath
✓Hours: Monday – Friday general office hours
✓The successful applicant will be working with the Head of Sales, Sales Managers and Branch Managers.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Manage the full tender writing and bid submission process to ensure quality returns are submitted to meet specific deadlines.
✓* Maintain all web portals to identify new opportunities to tender and clarifications to bids submitted.
✓* Log new tenders using inhouse computer system.
✓* Complete PQQ and Tender documentation using library answers.
✓* Work with colleagues to collate information, pricing, nonstandard answers, arranging site surveys, sending T&C’s to legal team etc.
✓* Upload completed tenders and supporting documentation.
✓* Create documentation where required to meet Tender question.
✓* Update spreadsheets of tenders logged, outcomes and complete monthly reports.
✓* Maintain library of answers and company resources.
✓* Manage company mailbox and distribute e-mails to the correct areas of the business.
✓* AOB as requested.
✓Personal attributes:

✓* An eye for detail to ensure validity of records in all formats.
✓* Commitment to first class customer service.
✓* Integrity and reliability.
✓* Ability to be self motivated and work with the minimum of supervision.
✓* High class communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to create reports in varying formats and media.
✓* A telephone manner which is engaging and helpful.
