Description✓Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Transport Administrator on behalf of our client in Bicester.
✓The successful candidate will be working in a small team and will involve acting as the key facilitator between various stakeholders to ensure that our deliveries are made on time and orders are being delivered as per our customers’ expectations
✓Previous experience in transport department and intermediate computer skills essential
✓The role includes booking and debriefing drivers, preparing invoices and trip sheets, e-mailing and communicating with relevant departments, customers or suppliers.
✓Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
✓• Experience in a similar fast paced work environment
✓• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and Outlook
✓• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
✓• Attention to details
✓• Ability to work efficiently independently and as a team
✓• Ability to prioritise work
✓Working Pattern: Night shift 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday
