Transport Administrator
Description✓Position: Transport Administrator
✓Hours: 05.30 - 14.00 [Mon - Fri]
✓Pay: £25,000 per annum [£12.00 per hour]
✓Contract - Temp to Perm
✓Our client are a well-known logistics company that require a Transport Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
✓Duties:
✓- Pre-brief and debrief drivers, dealing with driver paperwork and general office admin
✓- Tachograph compliance, managing driver hours and vehicle compliance
✓- Reporting and resolving vehicle defects
✓- Customer service - strong communication, problem solving, people management skills
✓- Happy to work alone or within a small team
✓- Health and safety conscious and vigilant
✓- Be IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft programs and data
✓Experience:
✓- PC Literate
✓- Ability to pick up a new system quickly
✓- Previous experience of working in a traffic office [Desirable]
✓- Excellent communication skills will be required
✓- Car driver with own transport due to location
