Undergraduate Administrator
Description✓As an Undergraduate Administrator, you will join the Teaching and Learning Team as part of the Undergraduate Office and will be principally responsible for:
✓Leading the administration for the Examination Board [Part 2A], by submitting examination papers, and delivering meeting administration, such as scheduling, drafting agendas and minutes and circulating papers.
✓Liaising with the Student Registry and external examiners to ensure the smooth running of the undergraduate examinations.
✓Supporting the allocation and scheduling of lectures, by populating and maintaining the Lecture List database, updating webpages and producing a draft Lecture List for review from relevant committees.
✓What you will need:
✓Be educated to A level / NVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent level of practical experience;
✓Previous administrative experience;
✓Have experience in maintaining office systems and providing an accurate and customer-focused administrative service;
✓Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build a strong peer network and communicate effectively with people at all levels;
✓Be flexible and organised in their approach, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in difficult or pressured situations;
✓Work with high degrees of accuracy, use their initiative to take work forward effectively and prioritise responsibilities accordingly.
