Warehouse Administrator
Description✓Trinity Personnel are currently recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for a large, progressive and professional stockholding, logistics company based in Wolverhampton.
✓Day to day activities will include:
✓* Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner, redirecting calls as necessary
✓* Route plan multi-drop deliveries
✓* Complete warehouse inductions for visitors working onsite
✓* Produce pick labels and lineside labels along with
✓* Produce production orders and carrier labels, ensuring they match, resolve stock discrepancies
✓* Arrange customer collections and send POCs
✓* Liaise with delivery / collection drivers, ensuring correct documentation is signed
✓* Check off deliveries to delivery notes
✓* Update line walks when required
✓* Update van mileage database
✓* Create new part masters on system
✓* Produce production orders for GIPRS and liaise with supplier to arrange collection
✓* Convert customer inventory states and produce monthly reports
✓* Produce and maintain packaging specs as required
✓* Chase customer carriers and communicate to ensure all collections are completed same day
✓* Ensure first aid boxes are kept fully stocked, completing weekly check lists
✓What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?
✓* Previous experience in a similar role
✓* Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills [written and verbal]
✓* Excellent eye for detail
✓* Microsoft Office experience [Excel and Word] and knowledge of sending and receiving emails
✓* Confident to deal with customer queries and liaising with suppliers and delivery / collection drivers
✓* Flexible approach
✓What's on offer?
✓* £20,800 per annum with 30 days holiday [including statutory bank holidays], working Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:30
