Description✓Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
✓Job Summary: The Warehouse Administrator, under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of raw materials
✓Working closely with the Warehouse team, the successful candidate will oversee various tasks associated with booking-in, transferring, and controlling stock
✓Additionally, this role involves several other responsibilities.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Contribute to maintaining a safe and effective site •
✓Maintain regular communication with the Bishop Auckland site
✓Handle purchase ledger activities related to the warehouse
✓Manage warehouse stock control
✓Book in goods received [GRN]
✓Label incoming goods
✓Facilitate the transfer of goods
✓Assist the Supervisor in verifying outbound goods against orders
✓Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Senior Leadership
✓Requirements:
✓Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✓Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
✓Resilience and enjoyment of challenges
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✓Experience with Computerised Operating Systems such as Opera and Sage
✓Additional Skills/Abilities: •
✓Fork Truck license is advantageous but not essential
✓Ability to effectively manage own workload
✓Excellent teamworking skills
