Job Summary: The Warehouse Administrator, under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of raw materials
Working closely with the Warehouse team, the successful candidate will oversee various tasks associated with booking-in, transferring, and controlling stock
Additionally, this role involves several other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to maintaining a safe and effective site •
Maintain regular communication with the Bishop Auckland site
Handle purchase ledger activities related to the warehouse
Manage warehouse stock control
Book in goods received [GRN]
Label incoming goods
Facilitate the transfer of goods
Assist the Supervisor in verifying outbound goods against orders
Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Senior Leadership
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
Resilience and enjoyment of challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Computerised Operating Systems such as Opera and Sage
Additional Skills/Abilities: •
Fork Truck license is advantageous but not essential
Ability to effectively manage own workload
Excellent teamworking skills
Hours - Dayshift 9 till 5
