Location of the Job:
Remote/Home/Field based position.
East of England - Territory running from Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
Located and living within East of England, in the above locations would be ideally positioned.Salary & Benefits Package:
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year depending on experience.
Company bonus scheme.
Holidays: 24 per annum plus public holidays.
Company car/car allowance.
WPR Pension 4% ER 5 % EE or Salary Sacrifice 5% both EE and ER.
Health Care single cover [ability to increase cover at a cost to the individual].Additional Information:
Hours: 37.5 per week.

The Job Role Details:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop the agricultural product range through dealers and aftermarket users
You will support future growth strategy by developing mutually beneficial partnerships across the territory with a particular focus on our premium products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Develop relationships with dealers and end-users.
Monitor sales vs targets on a monthly basis and create business plans to recover/grow.
Focus on growth initiatives to exploit potential of a one-stop shop for agriculture.
Demonstrate reliable product knowledge and information of all brands and segments within our product portfolio, recognising and promoting the features, benefits and advantages of each brand and the USP's versus the competition.
Communicate customer feedback and market insight into the Sales Director/Marketing Manager.
Respond and resolve any warranty queries with a focus on ensuring replacement fitment and a strong and certain customer response.
Utilise and explore all corporate solutions and services, with consideration to the exclusive partnerships we have both on replacement and OEM.
Maintain sales activity records, utilising our CRM system, preparing sales reports where required.
Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
Develop connectivity and interfaces with customer systems.Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Agricultural machinery, equipment, tyres, parts, machinery, tools or consumables sales experience.
Good knowledge of the agricultural and farming sector.
B2B sales experience.
Proficient in relevant computer applications, including making presentations.
