✓You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
✓You'll be using your horticultural knowledge to make recommendations to clients and help shape decisions on planting schemes and budgets
✓Day to day, you'll be out and about between the office, visiting clients and inspections on site while also overseeing a great team.
✓The ideal candidate
✓You'll have a strong understanding of finances and budget management and have strong leadership and relationship building skills
✓A background in horticulture will allow you to identify the right plants for the job and spot any plant health issues on site
✓You'll need a driving licence and a strong desire to positively contribute to the ongoing success of a growing business.
