✓Overseeing a team to deliver the highest standards of gardening work, you'll be hands on with the day-to-day jobs in the gardens while also planning and prioritising daily schedules and ensuring all training needs for the team are delivered
✓You'll be working with some long-standing customers across the region so will have the joy of seeing gardens come to life and evolve over many years,
✓The ideal candidate
✓You'll be a passionate horticulturalist with excellent plant care and identification knowledge
✓You might have a horticultural qualification, spray certificates and qualifications in the use of key garden maintenance tools/machinery, although this isn't essential and training can be provided
✓You'll be looking for a business that matches your passion for providing exceptional customer service where you can build a long term and rewarding career.
