✓They produce over 40 million plants a year supplying to Garden Centres, other growers, and local authorities
✓About the Role
✓In this role, you will be responsible for managing the growing across a 4-acre protected growing site
✓You will be managing a team and ensuring the day-to-day operation is efficient and working closely with the Director to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
✓Crop growth will form a key part of your role, and you will be responsible for ensuring pests and diseases, irrigation and climate are tightly monitored
✓The Ideal Candidate
✓We are looking for someone with spray qualifications and experience on a commercial nursery
✓You will understand the environment and be excited to take a lead role in one of Scotland's top growers
