✓The role itself
✓
✓Working closely with managers to provide first line advice, support, and guidance
✓Manage employee relations caseload to include disciplinary, grievance, absence, retirement, and redundancy
✓Support and coach managers on all of the above
✓Support various sites – involving some travel
✓Involvement in recruitment and selection process throughout the business
✓Manage the absence process
✓Initiate HR projects
✓HR administration
✓Support payroll
✓The Candidate
✓
✓You will have confidence and accountability with a hands on approach
✓Be able to demonstrate building strong relationships
✓Experience of employee relations cases
✓An assertive character who doesn’t shy away from stronger characters
✓A problem solver with a proven track record of working proactively
✓Experience in agricultural, manufacturing or Food would be an advantage
✓1-2 years work experience in Human Resources
