Landscape Contract Manager
Description✓Landscaping Contracts Manager – Bristol
✓Salary £38-48k per annum dependent on experience / Company vehicle
✓Bristol, covering around 60 miles from our base.

✓Position
✓Managing a portfolio of contract New Build sites, maintaining these
✓landscaping works are delivered on schedule, to a very high standard
✓Ensuring they meet health and safety and contract specification.
✓Overseeing the well being and progress of the teams and maintaining excellent relations and upkeep of clients
✓Managing the contracts from start to completion, on time and on budget, with regular assessments.
✓• Job Role
✓ Consulting with site managers, landscape architects, surveyors, and clients
✓Building
✓and fostering good client relations.
✓ Ensure works booked in on time
✓ Ordering materials
✓ Take off plants from drawings and ordering with suppliers
✓ Responding to emails in a timely fashion
✓ Quoting new works and variations
✓ Ensuring completed works are recorded accurately for invoicing
✓ Hand over completed contracts to Grounds Maintenance Operations Manager for
✓them to continue with
✓ Training Landscape Teams as required, identifying needs and recommending formal
✓training to Contracts Director
✓ Visiting sites prior to and during works, ensure sites are ready for us and teams
✓complete works to a high standard
✓ Passing instructions on works booked in to Landscape Supervisors accurately and
✓concisely
✓ Undertaking Site Safety Audits
✓ Ensure all site-specific risk assessments and method statements are in place prior to
✓work commencing
✓ High level of self motivation needed to succeed
✓• Skills and Qualifications Needed
✓ Commercial Landscaping experience required, preferably in the New Build Sector
✓ CSCS Card
✓ Driving licence
✓ Horticultural qualification [preferred]
✓ Good Plant knowledge
✓ Self-motivated
✓ Good communication skills
✓ Supervisory experience
✓ Management Experience
✓ Health and Safety knowledge [SSSTS minimum]
✓ IT – MS Office proficiency minimum
