✓Responsibilities:
✓Operate and monitor machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets
✓Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with product specifications
✓Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
✓Assist in the loading and unloading of materials
✓Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
✓Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
✓Contribute to process improvement initiatives
✓Requirements:
✓Previous experience in a similar production or machine operative role is preferred
✓Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
✓Good communication and teamwork skills
✓Flexibility to work rotating shifts including days and nights
✓Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace

✓Shift Details: 48 hours per week, 3-week rotating pattern
✓Week 1: Friday, Saturday 6am-6pm [Days], Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm [Days]
✓Week 2: Starting Sunday 6pm, 6pm-6am night shift for 6 nights
✓Week 3: 6 days off
