Potato Sampler / Potato Warehouse
Description✓Berry Recruitment is seeking a Potato Sampler for the PE14 post code area; for the right person this will be a temp to perm position
✓This is working in an office environment in a potato warehouse and will also include getting involved with additional sides to the business as this is a family run business where everyone works together as a big team.
✓The role involves:
✓Counting
✓Measuring bags and individual potatoes
✓Sampling, testing and frying potatoes to make sure they are good quality
✓Weighing and lifting
✓Recording all data
✓Potato Sampling in lab
✓General potato grading
✓Potato store dutiesCandidates will be require to visit site for a trial
✓Car licence required as various sites across the Wisbech area
✓You would need to be flexible with your working hours as the sampling can vary between 10 and 100 samples a day, this could include weekend work
✓Sometimes you may have shorter days
✓Oral and written communication skills are essential in this role
