✓Ground Maintenance • Landscaping experience a must
✓Berkshire
✓£28,000 to £30,000 per annum; negotiable, dependent on experience and qualifications
✓Our expanding and forward-looking company provide a huge and varied range of Ground Maintenance, Landscaping, Tree Surgery and Countryside services
✓Our clients include local authorities; schools, councils etc plus retail and business parks, housing/apartment builders, managed properties, owners of large country estates and other private and public sector organisations.
✓What kind of people would this role appeal to?
✓· Someone with a minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role
✓· Someone who is used to working on commercial sites, with the ability to work to deadlines
✓and to the highest standards.
✓· Someone with experience in planting, laying turf, some fencing, hard and soft landscaping
✓including paving and setting levels, reading from site plans.
✓· Someone who is punctual, hardworking, and physically able to carry out the role.
✓· Someone with previous supervisory experience in a similar role used to dealing with
✓multiple sites.
✓· Someone who holds a full UK driving licence.
✓· Someone who holds a current CSCS card & SSSTS.
