Description✓Senior Car Technician / Workshop Controller - Bury St Edmunds
✓£36kpa - £40kpa OTE
✓Our highly successful Main Dealership Client in Bury is looking to recruit a Senior Technician / Workshop Controller, to help support the Service Manager.
✓This position can be ideal for an experienced fully qualified level 3 Car Technician, with more then 5 x years dealership experience, with diagnostics and fault finding knowledge / skills - looking for the next step in their career.
✓The Successful Candidate
✓he successful candidate for our Senior Technician / Workshop Controller position will be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets
✓Assisting the service manager in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels
✓You will also be productive for approx 50% of the time
✓The Job Requirements -
✓Level 3 qualified Tech
✓Experience in a main dealer environment
✓Highly organised
✓Strong industry knowledge
✓Aptitude for multi-tasking.
✓An eye for detail.
✓Ability to work under pressure.
✓Quality awareness.
✓Communication skills.
✓Full Driving license.
✓What's on offer?
✓Salary: £36,000+ OTE £40,000
✓Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
✓1 - 3 Sat Mornings.
