✓Hours of work 8.15-8.45- 6.30 [1hr lunch]

✓My client is a a key player in the regeneration of Bristol and the surrounding area
✓they are team of 70, operating a substantial fleet of over 50 vehicles and with access to over 100 approved sub contractors
✓they company is a leader in the South West for land regeneration solutions, material management services and the supply of recycled & quarried aggregates.
✓Main duties and responsibilities:
✓• Reporting to the Operations Manager
✓• Answering calls and emails from customers, and processing requests and orders through internal work management systems.
✓• Preparing turnover report for Transport and Stone Supplies based on Isys, Weighsoft and manual adjustments.
✓• Liaise with Sub contractors, obtaining information relating to work completion.
✓• Manage levels of usage of diesel, for various sites, ensure accurate reporting of stocks, and ensuring reordering is done to maintain working balances
✓Report to Operations Manager and be aware of lead times.
✓• Preparation and completion of management reports to reflect, sales information, sub contract volume usage, and costs.
✓• Preparing and providing information relating to, driver tachograph management, completion of vehicle defect reports.
✓• Provide information relating to the movement and usage of company plant and third-party usage – updating records, obtaining documents of hired machines and operators.
✓• Management and accounting of company road brush requirements – liaise, book with third party, check on drivers and keep record for invoicing
✓Collecting paperwork and charging customers back when required.
✓• Collecting and updating holiday records of drivers and plant operators.
✓• Maintaining sufficient supply and stocks of employee P.P.E
✓and documentation relating to the transport operation.
✓• Support Weighsoft implementation
✓• Complete driver debriefs from around 17.00 every day
✓Provide cover to the weighbridge when required
✓Help with filling up subcontractors that usethe company's fuel, when required.
✓• Support Operations Manager in notifying Plant Operators where they are required.
✓• Taking grab orders and entering work on the system Skills required:
✓• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
✓• Ability to work on own and as part of a team
✓• Excellent telephone manner
✓• Reliable & trustworthy
