Description✓Visitor Centre & Recreation Assistant
✓Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 8.30am till 4.30pm week 1, Monday & Tuesday 8.30am till 4.30pm week 2, Immediate start, working in the great outdoors
✓Due to team expansion, a popular recreational based on the outskirts of Corby has an exciting opportunity for a to join Visitor Centre & Recreation Assistant their team
✓You will provide support to site visitors:
✓Dealing with customer questions and queries face to face, as well as via telephone and email
✓Taking payments from customers in cash and card paying machine
✓Maintain and update marketing material in visitor centre
✓Car park monitoring
✓Assisting site maintenance team with general housekeeping, including emptying bins, and replenish site sundries
✓Working with Park Rangers with maintenance workWe would expect the successful Welcome Centre Assistant to be able to demonstrate good customer service skills, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly manner
✓You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with site processes and procedures
✓This would be an ideal role for you if you worked within hospitality, customer service or if you are someone who is interested in the Forestry industry, Wildlife or maybe studying a subject related to Environmental studies.
✓You will be joining the Corby site of an enterprise that has been established for nearly 20 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise
✓Working directly for the Site Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis
